Additionally, any abuse or inappropriate behavior directed toward our staff will result in the suspension or termination of your services, with no eligibility for a refund. No Refunds on Free DomainsDomains acquired as part of any hosting package or promotion (i.e., "free domains") are non-refundable. In the event of a refund request for a hosting package that included a free domain, the cost of the domain will be deducted from the total refund amount. Even if the domain was offered for free, it remains non-refundable, and its cost will be calculated at the standard rate. Thank you for understanding our refund policy.
